8. Refund and Refill warranty
A refund can only be utilized if the work has not been started for 48 hours. There will be no refund after work has been started, if you have changed your username/link/disabled your profile or did any change such as putting country restriction/age restriction or made account private for which your profile become invisible for our servers, in that case order will be canceled and no refund will be initiated.
Two types of services offered. One with refill warranty; the other is without any warranty. Refill process is complimentary. There will be no refill if same type of service has stopped working, as it is complimentary you cannot ask for refund or exchange.
There are some services which have 30 days refill warranty, after 30 days no refill or compensation will be offered.
The refill can only be offered from same server, you cannot ask for refill from others servers as there is a difference of price and services types. You must wait until the same service become available within refill time duration, otherwise there will be no refill.
Our all services are tested, and its safe. Your page or profile can only be banned, if you have violated their terms and conditions, you cannot blame us for that.
